EKB - Viking Gas Storage ICSS

Provision of a full GE system solution for gas storage. CSE is supplying a GE DCS system, GE SafetyNet ESD and Fire and Gas system, compressor control system utilising GE Rx 3i controllers, CCTV, Intruder alarm and access detection systems all based on a GE integrated platform.

Centrica Storage - Rough Field Offshore Fire & Gas System

Provision of a GE SafetyNet Fire and Gas detection system and HMI. The SafetyNet system had approx 2600 I/O for the jackets and CSE Controls also supplied an Autronica addressable Fire and Gas system for the accommodation platform comprising 580 I/O. Also part of the supply was all field detectors and the new design of a new control room.

EON Ruhrgas - Babbage Field ICSS

Provision of a full ICSS based on GE equipment. The process control system being MOST and the Fire and Gas and ESD systems being SafetyNet. CSE Controls also supplied a SIL 3 HIPPS system and all field detectors within the scope. The approx I/O count being around 2200.

BP Exploration - Dimlington Onshore Compression ICSS

Replacement of the entire BP Scada System and the process control system with GE MOST equipment. The safety systems supplied were Triconex due to existing systems at the terminal. Approx 3000 I/O.

Hydrocarbon Resources Ltd - Morecambe Bay

Offshore Replacement ESD/FG systems on all the Morecambe platforms with GE SafetyNet equipment. Part of a rolling plan, CSE has completed DP3, DP8, DP4, DP6 and AP1.

Petrofac Brownfield - Kittiwake ESD/FG Systems Replacements

CSE Controls has been contracted to manufacture a replacement ESD control system. This new system is to combine the four existing ESD systems and the two existing pressure protection systems into one easily manageable solution. The replacement ESD is to be based on a TUV certified SIL 3 programmable safety system.
